Service Description
Celebrate your special event with some creative pottery painting & make memories to cherish for years to come. Our Event Hire Boxes are everything you need for a wonderful celebration, including a large selection of paint colours, pallets, paint brushes, pottery & instructions. This Event Hire Box option is for our standard mugs at £18 per person, which includes the use of all materials/ equipment as well as the glazing & firing of the bowls once they have been painted. We offer FREE local delivery* and collection for our Event Hire Boxes, unfortunately we cannot post them. *check out our T&C's for more information. Our Event Hire Boxes are only available for delivery/ collection within a 10 mile radius (GL56 9TB). We will contact you to make suitable arrangements for delivery/ collection. Your fired pottery can be collected from us or posted around 1 week after we have received it back. Check our T&C's page for postage prices for fired pottery. We require a minimum of 6 pieces of pottery to be ordered with our fixed price event hire boxes. Each box holds enough pottery, materials and equipment for up to 12 people, you may order multiple boxes if you have more then 12 guests attending (subject to availability). Please note, you are booking the day & time you would like your box(es) to be made available to collect or be delivered, this shows as a 15 minute time slot on our system. A deposit of £50 is payable per box to secure your booking date, this covers any loss or damage to the Event Hire Boxes and their contents. Your deposit is redeemable against your final spend and the remainder of the cost will be payable on the day of the event. Once you have paid the deposit and booked, we will contact you to arrange the best day and time to deliver or for you to collect your Event Hire Box(es). Please make final payment to HSBC Business Bank Account 40-47-07 21773445 Please note: we require your booking to be made a minimum of 14 days before your scheduled collection/ delivery time. This service is subject to availability & your booking will not be secured until we have received the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable however; you may rescheduled to an alternative date & the deposit transferred, once. If you wish to reschedule, we require a minimum of 1 weeks notice received via email. We only offer delivery/ collection between the hours of 10am and 5pm daily.
