About the event

We have teamed up with the wonderful Larkswold to bring you this Folk Art Inspired Cermic Workshop. During this custom-made session, you will be guided through the pattern designing of your platter. You may apply your own style, use block print stamps for inspiration or if you prefer, we will supply a stencil of a beautiful design ready to go.

This will be followed by exploring the underglaze with painting & brush stroke techniques. Throughout the workshop you will be guided step by step on how to build your pattern and colour with insightful personalised tuition. Set in Larkswold beautiful riverside creative workshop, there will be refreshments available through the three hour session.

This beautiful statement piece is sure to be centre stage of any table and what a conversation starter it will become when you casually confess you made it yourself!  To book your space visit Larkswold's website, the workshop is £75 and includes glazing and firing.

All the materials you will need are included, however if you have some fine paintbrushes you are particularly partial to, please do bring them along. Your finished creation will be left with us at the end of the session so that it can be clear glazed and fired to make it long lasting and food safe.
